Terms of sale and use
These terms explain the contractual rules that apply when you order or use IPTV4KSubscriptions.
Effective
1. Purpose
These terms govern subscriptions sold by IPTV4KSubscriptions. The service provides access details for a live TV and on-demand catalogue through compatible IPTV applications. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Plans and duration
Plans are offered for a fixed duration with one, two or three simultaneous connections according to the option selected. They do not renew automatically. Access ends at expiry unless a new order is placed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros, including applicable taxes, before confirmation. Payment is handled by a payment service provider. IPTV4KSubscriptions does not retain complete bank-card data.
4. Order and activation
The customer selects a plan, provides the required information and confirms payment. Personal credentials and setup instructions are then sent to the supplied contact address. No physical equipment is delivered.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Where digital-service performance begins earlier at the customer’s express request, the right applies only in the cases and under the conditions established by applicable consumer law.
6. Guarantee and refunds
Eligible requests must be sent within 30 days of activation with the order email and a clear explanation of the issue. This commercial policy does not reduce statutory consumer guarantees.
7. Use of the service
Credentials are personal and must not be published, resold or shared beyond the selected connection allowance. The customer is responsible for having a compatible device, application and internet connection.
8. Availability and liability
Catalogue entries may change. Playback can be affected by the customer network, Wi-Fi, device, application, maintenance or a third-party service. Support should be contacted so the cause can be diagnosed.
9. Personal data
Personal data used for orders and contract performance is handled as described in the privacy policy.
10. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should first be submitted in writing to support. Where no amicable solution is found, eligible consumers may use the mediator identified in the legal notice and French terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without limiting any mandatory and more protective consumer provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence. The French version governs if a translation differs.
