Copyright and takedown policy
Rights holders can report allegedly infringing material identified on the public website through a documented notice.
Effective
1. What a notice should contain
- Identification of the protected work
- The exact public URL of the material concerned
- Your name and reliable contact details
- A statement of good-faith belief and authority
- A physical or electronic signature
2. How reports are reviewed
Send a complete notice to contact@iptv4ksubscriptions.com. We may request clarification, preserve relevant records and restrict public material when a sufficiently documented claim requires action.
3. Third-party names and logos
Provider, application and channel names may appear for identification, compatibility or editorial reporting. Their inclusion does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement.
4. Designated contact
Copyright notices should be sent to contact@iptv4ksubscriptions.com with complete contact information and the exact public URL concerned.
5. Takedown procedure
A sufficiently documented report is reviewed promptly. Public material may be restricted while the claim is assessed, and the publisher may be contacted for clarification.
6. Counter-notice
A person affected by a removal may submit a documented response identifying the material and explaining why the restriction is believed to be mistaken.
7. Repeat infringement
Repeated and substantiated misuse of the public website may lead to access restrictions or termination where proportionate and legally permitted.
